is a very hands-on package offering you the best in wedding
coordinating. If you are the type of bride that would like
to have the support of a professional but the freedom to set
her own appointments and has the confidence to visit the resources
on her own then this is the ideal package for you.
 We meet for your initial information gathering session.
This strategic planning meeting begins with discussing your
wedding style, your vision for your wedding and the priorities
you and your family have to make this for your very special
day. You will receive your "personalized wedding planner
checklist" from Joanie Scott Weddings- After the planning session JSW will put together your
budget and resource list. We locate all ceremony and reception
sites that are available for your date.
- We then begin the process of booking all the other wedding
resources that will become your "team of vendors". You
start by interviewing and contracting with the photographer,
musicians, ceremony, officiant, videographer,
bakery, makeup artist; transportation and favor ideas,
bridal salons, and tuxedo stores. JSW will prioritize the
list in order of importance and set a preliminary time
schedule for the wedding day.
- JSW will attend your taste testing and final wrap-up meeting
with the reception caterer / facility, going over all the
details of your reception and coordinating time lines.
- Throughout our planning JSW will keep you updated on timely
events and decisions that need to be made.
- We work with you to finalize your order for the invitations
and stationary needs at the appropriate time.
- As we get closer to the wedding date we will review the
time schedule for changes.
- We will supply referrals for rehearsal dinner locations
and can give you suggestions on attendant gifts.
- One month before the wedding we will have our wrap-up
session where we finalize all the details of your special
day. JSW will take care of contacting the entire wedding
team, confirming all timelines for the day.
- JSW willattend the rehearsal at the church or ceremony
site.
- JSW will be present at your wedding and we will arrive
before the pictures begin and be with you throughout the
day and evening.
- We are available to make returns for you of cake rentals,
tuxedos, flower preservation, etc. after the wedding.
