This
is the ultimate wedding package, providing the most personal
attention and guidance for the professional couple. With this
package you will have unlimited communication with Joanie
Scott and her staff and will we will accompany you to all
wedding vendor meetings as well as the rehearsal and reception..
You can expect the following services from JSW:
- An initial planning meeting, establishing your "personalized
wedding planner checklist" and budget for your wedding.
Throughout the planning process we will keep you informed
of your budget details submitting periodic reports
to you.
- We will then begin the process of locating a ceremony
site and Officiant, reception site and/or caterer. We at
JSW will set up appointments and visit all locations with
you.
- We will enter your preliminary guest list into your personalized
date base and take control of maintaining the information
you will need throughout the wedding planning process. The
RSVP's for the bridal showers, rehearsal dinner, and wedding
can all be kept in your personal file.
- After establishing the wedding location, we will then
provide you with excellent referrals for your" team of experts".
JSW will set appointments with your chosen vendors and attend
meetings, including all taste testing to guide you in your
decision process.
- We will be with you when you select your gown; we will
make sure your dress is pressed and all the accessories
are ready for you the day of your wedding. We will have
it professionally cleaned for you upon return from your
honeymoon. This cleaning service is also available for the
groom.
- We will assist in your registration of gifts, make transportation
arrangements and hotel reservations for your out of town
guests, and make any honeymoon arrangements that you wish.
- We will aid in coordinating your "save the date letter"
with all of your stationary needs along with mailing out
your invitations and sending information to your wedding
party and parents with specifics of the wedding.
- We will guide you in the purchase of
 attendant
gifts, parent's gifts and hospitality gifts for out of town
guests, or any personal wedding accessories such as ring
pillow, cake knives, toasting glasses, garter, guest book
and pen.
- As the time grows near we will attend all final planning
sessions with the caterer, florist, designer, musicians,
photographers, rental agencies, etc. making sure they all
have the final time line and instructions for the wedding
day. We will take care of any changes you wish.
- JSW and her staff will attend the rehearsal and will be
with you from the beginning of your wedding day until the
last guest has left.
- We will make sure any rental items, including tuxedos,
cake rental items are returned. And we can take your bouquet
for flower preserving and have your dress cleaned and boxed
ready for you when you return from your honeymoon.
We
